Introduction

This five-day course teaches senior project leaders how to deliver strategic outcomes through clearer leadership, governance, and decision-making. Participants practice tools for aligning projects to business goals, managing stakeholders, and steering complex, cross-functional initiatives. The curriculum focuses on techniques that work under constrained budgets, regulatory requirements, and hybrid delivery models.
